Ultrasonic stress testing equipment

The Ultra-Stress TEST developed by our company is an industrial-grade high-precision ultrasonic stress measurement equipment for the engineering field, which can sensitively reflect the ultrasonic information inside the tested part and non-destructively measure the accumulated stress of the tested object. It fully considers the convenience of user use, and has strong versatility, typical application fields include: pipe, container, rail, bridge and other metal structure stress detection.
Ultrasonic stress measurement method is based on the acoustic elastic theory of materials, according to the inherent relationship between ultrasonic propagation speed and stress in the measured object, this property is transformed into a mechanical quantitative detection method characterized by digital signals. The measurement uses a pair of ultrasonic probes (also known as ultrasonic transducers), the probe acoustic beam incidence Angle needs to meet the basic conditions of the first critical Angle, and the excited ultrasonic wave is also called "critical refraction longitudinal wave" (LCR wave), which propagates along the near surface area of the measured object.
